This page provides comprehensive details regarding the processing, shipping, and tracking of your espresso machine order.
1. ⚙️ Order Processing & Confirmation
Order Confirmation
Once your order is successfully placed on baristaemporium.com/, you will be immediately directed to an Order Confirmation Screen detailing your purchase, costs, and chosen delivery options.
A confirmation email re-stating these details will be sent to your inbox. Please note that this initial email confirms receipt of your order, not the confirmation of the contract of purchase.
Order Processing and Contract
Our team requires a short period to process, prepare, and package your high-value item for dispatch.

Handling Time: All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Public/Bank Holidays) from the time the order is successfully placed and payment is processed.

Contract Confirmation: Once your order has been fully processed and dispatched, you will receive a second, final email from us. This email confirms the contract of purchase, details your shipped items, and includes your tracking reference number.
2. 🔍 Tracking Your Delivery
Tracking Reference
Upon dispatch, you will be able to track the progress of your delivery using a unique tracking reference number.

You can also find this number within your Order History when logged into your account on our Site.

The email will include a direct link to the appropriate section of the courier’s website for real-time tracking.
Delivery and Signature
To ensure the safe receipt of your valuable goods, our couriers require a signature upon delivery.

Courier Attempts: Couriers will attempt redelivery up to a maximum of three (3) times.

Failed Delivery: If delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt, the goods will be returned to the Company. We will then issue a refund for the product price, but reserve the right to recharge the original delivery cost for any requested re-delivery.

Safe Place: If you are unavailable, the courier may, at their discretion, leave the parcel with a neighbor or in a safe place (hidden from sight and protected from the rain), leaving a calling card to inform you of the location.

Delivery Hours: Our couriers typically deliver until 9 PM in most service areas.

All shipments are fully insured to protect your purchase during transit.

4. 🌍 International Orders, Duties, and Taxes
Responsibility for Fees
If you order goods from our site for delivery outside the European Union (excluding the United Kingdom, see below), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes.

You will be solely responsible for the payment of any such import duties, taxes, and customs charges.

United Kingdom Deliveries
For deliveries into the United Kingdom, the customs duties and VAT are prepaid by the Company and are included in the selling price of the goods at checkout.
