At baristaemporium.com/, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new espresso machine. This policy details your right to return products and receive a refund or exchange.
1. ⏱️ 30-Day Right of Withdrawal
We offer all customers a generous 30-day window for the Right of Withdrawal (sometimes known as the cooling-off period) on all products.
Policy Duration: The return period begins on the day of delivery of your espresso machine.
Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to inform us of your decision to return the product.
2. 📦 Product Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a full refund, the returned item must meet strict condition requirements, particularly given the technical nature of our products:
Original Condition: The espresso machine and all accessories must be returned in the original, unused condition.
Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original box and packaging with all protective materials, manuals, and accessories included.
No Coffee Use: The machine must show no signs of coffee use whatsoever (no ground coffee residue, water/milk residue, or use of the boiler).
Note: If the returned item shows signs of use or damage that renders it unsaleable as new, the Company reserves the right to decline the refund.
3. 💲 Return Shipping & Fees
We believe the returns process should be hassle-free.
Return Shipping Cost: The Company will cover the cost of the return shipping. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and arrange for the collection of the machine.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns that meet the condition requirements outlined above.
4. 🔀 Procedure for Returns and Exchanges
Initiating a Return
To begin the returns process, please take the following first step:
Contact Us: You must notify us of your intent to return the product by contacting our Customer Service team via email at sales@baristaemporium.com/ We will then provide you with the Return Authorization Number (RMA) and the prepaid shipping label.
Exchanges
We do not offer a direct swap-out for exchanges. The process is as follows:
The customer must return the original item for a full refund (following the procedure above).
The customer must then place a new, separate order on the Site for the desired model or product.
Refund Timeline
Once the returned item is received and inspected by our technical team (to confirm the condition requirements are met):
The refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
The time it takes for the refund to appear on your bank statement or credit card may vary depending on your bank’s policies.
5. 💔 Defective or Damaged (DOA) Products
If your espresso machine arrives damaged or appears to be defective upon arrival (DOA):
Immediate Notification: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if the product is damaged or defective.
Procedure: Since all shipments are fully insured, the Company will arrange for the immediate return of the damaged unit at no cost to you.
Resolution: Upon confirmation of the damage or defect, the unit will be replaced immediately and shipped to you as quickly as possible.
